George Lange

George has a Bachelors degree in English/Communications from Assumption College and is currently pursuing studies through Mississippi State’s Broadcast & Operational Meteorology Program. His real passion of weather started young while growing up in Connecticut. Since moving to Buffalo, New York, George takes an avid interest in Western New York’s lake effect snows and changeable weather conditions. George has served as a weather intern through WKBW-TV in Buffalo, NY, is a member of the American Meteorological Society and National Weather Association and also publishes daily weather forecasts and blogs for Buffalo, NY via Examiner.com. George has been a contributing forecaster for PWS since April 2011 and looks to continue a “bright” career in meteorology. George has 3 children and also enjoys running and general fitness.
